The Decatur Police Department needs your help in solving this week’s crime of the week.
On May 30th, 2019 at approximately 11:42pm, Decatur Police Officers responded to St. Mary’s Hospital, in reference to a gunshot victim.
On arrival, officers located deceased victim Suave Turner in the emergency room with a gunshot wound to the chest. It was later determined that the victim was shot in the area of Martin Luther King Jr., Dr. and Division St.
If you have any information regarding this homicide, please call Crime Stoppers at 423-TIPS. You do not have to give your name. Crime Stoppers will pay $500 dollars or more for information that leads to an arrest on the crime of the week. Thank you.
